How many hair styles??

I've been looking at pictures from when we first arrived in Korea, to now, and I can't believe how many times I've changed my hair in the past 6 months! I thought this would be a fun blog to show the progression...

#1 just plain brown

#2 After I tried doing highlights and turned my hair orange!

#3 After I tried putting more brown highlights back in
#4 After June salon slapped on the bleach and turned my hair bright yellow!
#5 After I cut it shorter and tried putting light brown in it to lessen the bright yellow!
#6 After I realized I needed to cut all my hair off for the summer and be a brownie again! :)
6 hair styles in 6 months! Who knows what I'll look like next month! :)

My Swim to work...

Every morning that it rains, my Vice Principal comes to my house to pick me up and drive me to school, but today he said he opened the door to his house, and looked down the steps into his parking area and his car was swimming in 3 1/2 feet of water!

So, this morning, I swam to work! Luckily the temperature outside was really nice... There were just deep areas of dirty water to walk through, tons of rushing water, and pouring rain! It rained all night, so the streets were already flooded by this moring! In a way, it was really funny and I found myself laughing at the situation and adventure set before me! Besides, it's only water, right?! When I finally got to the bus, i jumped on and to my surprise, STELLA was there! We laughed the whole way to work, drenched in rain water!

When we finally made it to school, we walked into the office and we were told that our 1st period class was cancelled due to the rain! I'm thinking today is going to be a great day! :)

My neighbor...

This woman lives across the street from me and I always stop to admire her garden on my way to work.  When I asked her if I could take her picture, she gave me the biggest smile and slowly stood up and posed, holding one of the vines from her beloved vegetable garden.  How awesome is that?!

More funny EngRish signs!

Kristen spotted this sign in Haeundae and asked me to take a picture.  Omni Hair "We are special!"

This one is extra funny because they have actual wisky bottles in the bar.  You'd think they would have looked to check the spelling before they printed their gigantic sign!

The other day, I was on my way home from work and stopped by the local market to pick up some fresh apples.  I realized I needed to go potty and couldn't hold it until I got home, so I slipped into this PC Bang to tinkle.  When I was leaving the bathroom, I saw this sign.  What the heck?!!  What's "the facility of top?!"
