Sometime I cook dinner, and sometimes it's amazing! Sunday night was one of those nights! :)
I put together a mix of Vietnamese, Korean, and American food all in one meal! Tuna, Cheese, carrots, mushrooms, lettuce, egg, chicken, and of course - Vietnamese rice paper to wrap them up! It's easy to put together and most of us have these ingredients lying around our homes, and best of all - It's healthy! mmmm.
