Funny little kiddos...

This was a conversation I had with one of my 5th grade girls:
Kristen: Pizza, my house 2 minutes.
Me: Really?
Kristen: Yes.
Me: Can I come?
Kristen: No, my house too short.

This happened during my after school English club class (5th grade girls)
Me: This is a reindeer.
Student: Like rain?
Me: yes.
Student: Oh, okay!
(About 3 minutes later, we reviewed the words again. I showed them a picture of a reindeer, and these were their guesses:)
Student: snowdeer!
Student: rainydeer!
Student: cloudydeer!
Student: foggydeer!
I was dying laughing!!!

Decorating with Cabbage...

I've said it before, and I'll say it again... Koreans are sooo darn resourceful! White and purple cabbage arrangements have been popping up in flower planters all over Busan this month! Whoever thought of putting cabage in flower planters was a genious!

Ummm....

Wait, is that a butt pad for sale?! Do people really wear these things?

I'm speechless!!!

This woman took dressing her dog to a whole new level... Not only did her pup have a matching hat to go with her black and white polka dotted dress, but she dyed her dog's cheeks pink to look like blush and dyed it's tail to match! Come on people!!

I'm sooo hungry!

It's not uncommon, in Korea, for restaurants to have huge display cases outside their doors, with fake food, made to look like what they serve. Since I can't always understand the Hangul on the menus, I personally love this idea!! There's never a mystery about what you're ordering!!!
