For all your gamblers out there, this is YOUR PARADISE! This little gambling shack is about 100 feet from my apartment! Every night, there is a group of Korean men inside, smoking cigarettes, with cards in hand, and money laid out all over the table! This picture really doesn't do this place justice, but thought it was worth sharing anyhow.

Girls Night Lives On!
Last night, Jess, Kristen and I resumed our tradition of girls night by hanging out in Seomyeon together! After living in my bathing suit for 3 weeks in Thailand, it was kind of fun to put an actual dress and heels back on and to hang out in a hot spot in Korea with the girls! I thought this was a cool picture of what the streets look like in Seomyeon.

Couple T's
I wanted to wait to post this until I had more pictures of examples of couple T's, but Koreans are weird about having their picture taken. For the most part, they hate it... So, I've been timid about asking. I did, however ask this adorable couple who I found in the Pusan airport if I could take their picture. Turns out, they were on their honeymoon and had gotten married the night before!

Koreans have taken the couple T's to a whole new level with couple undies! Yep, you too could have matching undies with your loved one! :)

A Night in Jagalchi
Last night, I spent the night walking around Jagalchi Fish Market, which might just be my favorite place in all of Pusan... not because of the aroma of fish that fills every breath of air (obviously), but rather because of the following things:
You can have fresh shellfish anytime of the day... (This was delicious by the way!)

I am thankful, everyday, that I live in such an awesome place and that I'm experiencing NEW THINGS everyday of my life here... :)

Grand Children's Park
Yesterday, I ventured over to Pusan Grand Children's Park to check out the zoo! Unfortunately, the zoo part of the park was closed for remodeling... would have been nice to know, but I couldn't read the website! Another reason why I want to learn more Korean.
So, since there was a lake with huge coi fish, I decided to buy some fish food/ people snacks at a little convenient store in the park. When I paid the woman, she laid my money in this basket in front of her store, on the sidewalk basically. This goes to show how trusting Koreans are, and how often people DONT steal stuff here! Why put money in a drawer, just lay it in a basket for anyone to take!

Even though the zoo was being remodeled and the amusement park was closed, it ended up being a great day at the park! There were beautiful walking trails, badminton courts with old people playing, no tourists, and a big lake with gigantic coi fish and ducks to feed snacks to! They loved these!
