"Bee yong, Bee yong!"

"Bee yong, Bee yong" is the sound Koreans say the ambulances make when their sirens are on... "WOW!!!" is the sound I made when I was told that the ambulances are completely FREE in Korea! Yes, completely free!




When I had dinner at the Che's house last weekend, they had a girl over from their church who was studying to be a doctor. She told us that when you call "119" (same as our 911), the phone call is tracked by satelite, so if you are hiking in a mountain or need medical assistance in a remote location, they will send a helicopter to exactly where you are! Oh yea, those are free too! How ridiculous is that?!
